The fee to record a map consisting of one or two lots is $20.00. The fee to record a map consisting of 3 or more lots is $30.00.

All maps filed with the Town Clerk shall conform to the provisions of CGS 7-31 and Administrative Regulations 11-8-19 to 11-8-26, Filing Requirements for Maps.
The map must be produced on polyester film ("mylar") and bear the seal and certification of the land surveyor or engineer who has been licensed by the State of Connecticut. It must also bear a red stamp indicating the type of ink drawing and a class type. Maps consisting of 3 or more lots must be stamped with the Planning Commission's approval, as do all lot line revisions. Maps must be in one of three sizes: 24" x 36"
